All currency and purchase transactions will be performed in Australian Dollars (AUD) only. We reserve the right to change prices without any notice at any time. All prices quoted on our website include a 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST), unless specified otherwise.

REFUND & RESCHEDULE POLICY

All the bookings made on our website are non-refundable. The bookings can be rescheduled for another date if the request is received at least 24 hours prior to the booking.

Please note: If a customer does not show up for their reserved slot, we’ll still charge the full amount. We are unable to refund, reschedule or provide any credit for a missed slot.

PRIVATE PARTIES

Bookings can be made using contacting us via phone, WhatsApp, or email [email protected]

All Bookings made are not confirmed until a deposit is paid, and our staff has confirmed the payment by phone or email. All deposits are non-refundable.

There is NO REFUND for visitors that do not attend the party after final numbers and payment are taken. If you have more than 20 guests attending, there will be an additional charge. To avoid this fee, the maximum number of guests is 20. Please include the birthday child in the total number of guests.

CANCELLATION OF SESSION BY SPLATTER PLACE

In case any scheduled party session has to be cancelled by Splatter Place, we will notify the party organizers at least 24 hours before the scheduled session via email or text. We will offer a free reschedule or credit the value of purchase for future use.

GIFT CARDS

All Gift cards purchased on the Splatter Place website are non-refundable and must be used before their expiry date

BOOKING CONFIRMATION

Once your purchase is completed, we will send a confirmation email containing the information of your booking date, ticket quantity, and cost. Your purchase will be taken as your acceptance of Splatter Place terms and conditions, it’s privacy policy and any data obtained by Splatter Place will be treated as legal evidence of transaction between you and splatter place.

Offers, Competitions & Promotions

From time to time, we may run promotions, competitions and offers. Any participation in these offers, competitions, and promotions will be taken as your acknowledgment of accepting our terms and conditions along with any additional terms and conditions applicable on these offers, competitions, and promotions and you have consented to use of your personal information in accordance with all those terms and conditions and Splatter Place Privacy Policy can be amended from time to time.

COPYRIGHTs

All trade name and intellectual property that may include any graphics, artworks, painting pictures, audios, videos, photographs, texts, designs, slogans, buttons and icons, on our websites and within our facilities belong exclusively to Splatter Place. No one is permitted to make any use including reproductions, copying, transmitting, displaying, or distributing any such thing without the written consent of Splatter Place.

Entry conditions

Special terms – GLOBAL pendamic (COVID-19)
Splatter Place are taking all necessary precautions outlined by the government. At certain occasions, we reserve the right to refuse entry or ask guests to leave the premises if they do not reasonably follow the guidelines as follows:

• Keeping hands washed and sanitized

• Social distancing practice of staying at a distance of 1.5m

• On any signs of the virus staying at home

• If tested positive or are awaiting test results staying at home

PERSONAL BELONGINGS & DRESSING
Guests should dress appropriately for the activity. In case of any losses or damage to the personal belongings or clothing, Splatter Place will not accept any responsibility.

PROPERTY OF SPLATTER PLACE
All the visitors to our facilities are expected to take care of property owned by Splatter Place.

ALCOHOL & SMOKING
All Splatter Place premises are strictly Alcohol-free and Smoke-free. Drinking of Alcohol and smoke at any of our facility is not permitted under any circumstances

SECURITY
For security and surveillance, please be mindful that video surveillance and alarms are may be in use at our premises.

PHOTOGRAPHY
We may take pictures and videos of you and your work with your consent. You have every right to decline. We will use these pictures and videos to promote Splatter place. Your consent in taking the pictures and videos will be taken as your acknowledgment for their use as Splatter Place promotional material. Visitors are advised to avoid taking pictures and videos of other visitors or staff without permission. No images are to be captured of minors unless permission is granted by the parent or guardian.

OUR RIGHTS

Splatter Place reserves the right to refuse guests’ entry to the premises or request guests leave the premises without a refund if they breach any of these entry conditions.

DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The visitors and the customers who book our services agree that the provision of any service, including but not limited to splat paint sessions, purchased from our website is at their sole risk. To the full extent permissible by applicable law, Splatter Place will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of our facility and our website, or from any services provided from this website or establishment, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages. No oral advice or written information given by Splatter Place nor its affiliates, nor any of their officers’ directors, employees, agents, providers, or the like, shall create a warranty or legal obligation; nor shall the purchaser rely on any such information or advice.
